Crazy Cavan & The Rhythm are one of my all time favourite bands. So much so that me and my friend Boz Boorer did a Crazy Cavan tribute album in Los Angeles a couple of years ago with an all star line-up of musicians. I couldn't believe it when Lyndon Needs sent me this package last week! 40 years...Congratulations boys!

oh my God I haven't seen Shaky Mike since he wore a fur coat into the Norfolk bar in about 1999! I love Shaky and I love Cavan.
